We&#8217;ve narrowed down our vast pool of 150 + applicants to a list of 25 finalists for the Future is Female Awards, presented by Pinterest.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our <a href=\"https:\/\/advertisingweek.com\/future-is-female-judges-announced-for-aweurope\/\" rel=\"noopener\" aria-label=\"panel of expert judges, click to see separate page\">panel of expert judges<\/a> have selected a shortlist which is diverse in job role, age and background;
