Galina was most recently President and Editor-in-Chief of Rewire News Group, where
she led the nation’s only media organization dedicated to the coverage of reproductive
and sexual health, rights, and justice. Her 20+-year media career has also included
stints as Senior Director, Digital Enterprises, at NBCUniversal; President and Editorial
Director of Latina Media Ventures; and Senior Editor at People.
She has appeared frequently on TV news programs, including the Today show and
CNN, and holds a master’s degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of
Journalism.
