Gordan Dillard is the co-founder and co-CEO of Good Day Management, overseeing the career of global superstar Doja Cat alongside partner Josh Kaplan. A visionary manager, Dillard blends creative instinct with sharp business acumen, turning emerging talent into household names. He began co-managing Doja Cat in 2019, helping elevate her to Grammy-winning status. Since launching Good Day in 2023, he’s led major milestones including her platinum album Scarlet, Billboard #1 single “Paint The Town,” first arena tour, Coachella headlining set, and brand deals with Brisk and Taco Bell.

Dillard started at Motown Records under Sylvia Rhone, later joining BET and founding The Untitled Group. In 2018, he joined Maverick and served as EVP of A&R at Capitol Records, shaping artists like Ice Spice, Doechii, and Offset. A Billboard 40 Under 40 honoree and Power 100 inductee, Dillard’s mission is to champion bold, genre-defying artists and build global icons.
