Luc Bondar is United’s COO and president of MileagePlus. As the leader of United’s consumer
loyalty programs and MileagePlus, Luc is responsible for world-wide program operations,
performance, and growth, including all associated program partnerships.
Luc has worked in various international markets throughout his career, including the U.K.,
Europe, APAC, and North America, and has extensive experience in marketing and loyalty for
global airlines, travel, financial services, and retail brands.
He holds bachelor’s degrees in commerce and liberal arts from the University of Adelaide,
Australia, and a postgraduate degree in management from the Macquarie Graduate School of
Management, Australia.
